Automatic assembly line

Nexus designs and manufactures customized machines and automatic systems on customer request. Among the various machines of our design, one of our recent realizations is "the assembler": an assembly line that deals with assembling and testing valves for different production purposes (from GPL to heated towel rails).
The loading of the assembly stations takes place completely automatically by an anthropomorphic robot that identifies the pieces and loads them. Each assembly station can be customized with the various customer requests (e.g. assembly, welding, testing, cleaning, selection of scraps / finished parts, etc ..)
