Mobile assisted weighting

This unit has the task to “GUIDE” the operator through the preparation of all chemicals batch not run automatically by the plant.

The system is equipped with independent power supply (lithium batteries) and remote control to allow the operator to use it in any reachable location.

The weighting can be organized by drum or by product.

 

At each weighing the supervisor will be sent:

• weighted product name and code
• set amount
• weighted amount
• drum number, dosing step and recipe

 

and a label will be printed with:

• number of drum
• code and name of the recipe
• step number of the recipe
• name of products in the bag
• destination (nr. tanks or drum)
• bag code

 

The unique bag code will be recalled by the drum when needed, notifying to the operator the right sequence to manually introduce the bag previously prepared.
